This pie has chocolate and peanut butter melted, drizzled, and mixed with ice cream in a pretzel pie crust and it does not disappoint.  No baking required and it’s the perfect dessert for family gatherings.

Pretzel Crust

  • 4 cups pretzels (we used gluten free pretzel sticks)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 ounces chocolate

Ice Cream filling

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 ounces chocolate
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
  • 1 cup whipped cream
