
This pie has chocolate and peanut butter melted, drizzled, and mixed with ice cream in a pretzel pie crust and it does not disappoint. No baking required and it’s the perfect dessert for family gatherings.
Pretzel Crust
- 4 cups pretzels (we used gluten free pretzel sticks)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 ounces chocolate
Ice Cream filling
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream (softened)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 ounces chocolate
- 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
- 1 cup whipped cream
