Blueberry Filling:

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 5 T. 
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 16 oz. cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. 
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 rolls refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz. each)
  • 2 T. granulated sugar for garnish
