Blueberry Filling:
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 5 T.
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Cream Cheese Filling:
- 16 oz. cream cheese room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 tsp.
- 1 large egg
- 2 rolls refrigerated crescent rolls (8 oz. each)
- 2 T. granulated sugar for garnish
