- 1 {8 oz.} pkg cream cheese
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 8 oz. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
