If you’re a male or non‑binary climber who bought a membership or day pass at Vertical Hold between 2017 and 2020, and you didn’t attend any of the gym’s women’s or ladies’ clinics, classes, or events during that time, you may qualify as a Settlement Class Member. Eligible participants can receive four free day passes to Vertical Hold.
People who submit a valid exclusion request are not part of the Settlement Class.
If you are a Class Member and wish to receive a Class Member payment then you must submit a claim form by September 3, 2026.

To start your online claim form, you must login with your Unique ID and PIN. You can find your Unique ID and PIN on the Notice that was sent to you.
