All persons in the State of Florida whose mortgage contracts have been or are being serviced by Nationstar, acting on behalf of U.S. Bank or other note or mortgage holders, from May 29, 2013, through July 24, 2025, where Nationstar collected or attempted to collect amounts through mortgage account statements, may be members of the Settlement Class.
To obtain payment, you must submit a completed Claim Form. If the Court approves the Settlement and it becomes final and effective, and you remain in the Settlement Class, you will receive your payment via check.
