GoodRx Class Action Settlement: You May Be Eligible for a Cash Payment
Individuals who used any GoodRx website, app, or service before April 20, 2024, may qualify for a payment from a $32 million class action settlement.
The lawsuit alleged that GoodRx Holdings, Inc. shared users’ personal and health-related information with third-party advertising and analytics companies, including Criteo, Meta, and Google, without users’ consent. While the companies deny wrongdoing, they agreed to a settlement totaling $32 million.
You may be eligible if you used any of the following GoodRx services before April 20, 2024:

- GoodRx Gold
- HeyDoctor
- GoodRx Care
How to File a Claim
Eligible class members can submit a claim online or complete a paper claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.
