Thinkware Dashcam $850,000 Class Action Settlement (File by 12/14/2026)

Individuals and businesses that purchased a Thinkware X700, F200PRO, DC‑M2‑FG‑IR, DC‑M2‑FG or F70PRO dashcam in the United States between Jan. 25, 2019, and Aug. 31, 2024, may be eligible for a cash payment from a class action settlement. Thinkware Systems USA Inc. agreed to pay $850,000 to resolve allegations that it misrepresented the “super night vision” feature on certain dashcam models. The lawsuit claimed Thinkware failed to disclose that the feature functioned only in parking mode, not during regular driving.
